Very upset the pool and hot tub continue to be out of service. Plants need major attention in the walkway into the lobby. Check in was with the same person as well as check out. I wasnt asked how my stay was nor were we introduced to the hotel or elevator location. Front desk staff could be friendlier. Cleaning staff in hallways were friendly and said hello as we passed by them. I was not asked about being a reward member which I am. On the leave I had to ask to apply my rewards account and mentioned we did not receive maid service during our 2 night stay. Front desk did not really have much to say-I was asked if I had a privacy sign on the doorknob which we did not. We were out all day until midnight with no attention to the room. The room was very clean and quiet despite our bed not being made.Debra
